1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your cancellation is approved within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Modifications to Orders
- If you need to change your shipping address or modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
5. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
- Custom-made and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Pre-orders may have specific cancellation terms, which will be detailed at the time of purchase.
